Committing to the 5 Archetypes

Going All-In on this Practice

I'm adding this track here just because - I was listening to a playlist I made for one of the JEMMs, and it helped me refocus on this practice and the 5-Archetype Theory. Honestly, this song isn't directed at anyone - I heard it last night and it felt so good to dance to!

Lately, I’ve been spending as much time as possible outdoors, soaking in the tropical weather while it lasts here in Canada. This time in nature has allowed my body to move the way it intuitively needs to—helping me activate my energy, breathe deeper, absorb the Sun, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of life. I've been working out, listening to nature, stretching my body, writing my reflections, and moving in that dance/tai chi kinda way when I'm in my flow state.

Today, during a meditation in the park, I revisited a concept I created years ago and what all my current 20 JEMMs are based on: the 5-Archetype Theory. As I sat in stillness, I began to see clearly how these five archetypes don’t just exist separately—they flow into one another, like chapters in a story or natural stages in life itself.

These archetypes aren’t random or theoretical—they’re lived, embodied, and foundational. As I continue writing the book, Creating Opulence, this framework is becoming the structure for understanding how to write the story of your life with more purpose, clarity, and creative power. There’s a lot happening in the world right now. I’ve taken time to quietly observe it all, and through those observations, I still wholeheartedly believe this:

The best way to help the world is to first master yourself— to truly understand who you are, what drives you, and honestly reflect on how you are affecting the current reality. Only then can you clearly see how you’re meant to contribute.

For today’s post, I wanted to break these Archetypes down as a way of understanding the natural flow of life. I’ll be turning this into a video soon, but for now—consider this your sneak peek.

Let's Start at the Beginning

I know we usually kick the week off with Superhero Monday, but before we can fully step into that role, we have to acknowledge where it all begins. The foundation of who we are—and what shapes the tone of our lives—starts in the very beginning, within the family we’re born or raised into.

As children, our first experience of being part of a tribe is through our family. It’s here that we learn how to work with others, to cooperate and compromise, to offer help, to hold space—and just as importantly, to give space when it’s needed.

In a loving, supportive family environment, we’re nourished in a way that allows us to grow into who we truly are. We begin to discover our unique voice, our personality, and our natural tendencies.

ree

Every family member often plays a role: the nurturer, the healer, the protector, the leader, the provider, the chef, the entertainer, etc. These roles aren’t just functions within the household—they're clues to our natural archetypes and what we’re meant to embody in the larger story of life. When we understand the role we naturally gravitate toward in our families, we’re better prepared to serve in the wider world in ways that align with our inherent skills, behaviours, and passions.

The Superhero Archetype

Our childhood gives us the first clues—what lights us up, what we’re naturally drawn to, and what skills we instinctively want to build. As we grow, we begin to separate from the tribe and turn inward. This is where the journey of the Superhero begins.

It’s here that we shape our unique identity—who we are outside of family expectations. This is the Hero’s Journey, where we uncover our gifts, face our shadows, and discover the powers we want to use to help the world.

In becoming your inner Superhero, you start asking the bigger questions:

Who am I, really?

What am I passionate about?

What kind of life do I want to live?

How do I want to contribute?

What are my strengths—and what still needs work?

What does the world need from me right now?

How can I show up for others and make the most impact?

As we answer these questions through honest reflection and lived experience, the Superhero within us gathers the courage to stay the course—fulfilling our destiny one mission at a time. We begin placing ourselves in environments where we can be most effective, choosing paths that align with our purpose and allow our gifts to shine.

Once your inner Superhero is shaped and you’ve gained clarity on your mission, something beautiful begins to happen: you naturally start to attract others who resonate with your vision. This is where the Inner Lover archetype awakens.

The Lover Archetype

As we walk that path—one mission at a time—we begin to crave more than just action. We long for connection, for devotion, for something or someone that mirrors the beauty of our mission back to us. This is where the Inner Lover awakens—not just in romance, but in all forms of aligned connection. The Inner Lover teaches us how to give and receive, how to co-create, how to see the Divine in ourselves and in everything and everyone else, and how to fall in love with life itself.

Once you understand your personal mission and begin living in alignment with it, you naturally start preparing for partnership—whether romantic, platonic, creative, or business-based. By embodying your Superhero, you become a stronger match for the partner(s) you're destined to magnetize.

When your Lover Archetype awakens, you begin connecting with others in a more aligned, heart-centered way—because:

  • You no longer need anyone; instead, you're ready to collaborate with others from a place of fullness.

  • When you're committed to your mission, you develop a kind of tunnel vision—not from lack of awareness, but from deep devotion. This makes it easier to recognize those whose soul matches your story, frequency, and energy.

  • You naturally gravitate toward spaces, events, and opportunities that attract like-minded souls with shared or complementary visions.

But this kind of partnership goes far beyond filling a void or escaping loneliness—it’s about coming home to a shared frequency where two souls choose to amplify each other’s light. There’s a profound joy and fulfillment in being truly seen, understood, and resonating deeply with others.

ree

It takes courage to be vulnerable and open-hearted after carving out your own unique path. Yet, when you do, you invite a connection that feels like coming home—to a part of yourself you hadn’t fully known before.

Awakening your ultimate inner Lover requires you to turn on your “Divinity-Vision,” or as I like to call it, your “Opulence-Vision”—a way of seeing the Divine in yourself and everything around you.

As I’ve written in Creating Opulence, the word Divine, in the context of Opulence Vision, simply means recognizing that everything is made of Mother Earth and holds the potential for her magic.

The Muse Archetype

Once you truly and genuinely acknowledge your Divinity—and embrace the fact that you are made of the Earth—you gain the power to tap deeply into that same Earth within you.

This connection unlocks your intuition, creativity, and empathy.

It’s in this awakening that the Muse emerges: inspired by the Muse within or the Muses around you, you either become a source of inspiration or a beacon that lights the way for others.

The Muse is the archetype of expression, beauty, and emotion. When this part of you awakens, you're no longer just living for survival—you begin to live for meaning, for beauty, for the story of life. Your words, your art, your energy, your presence—they all become channels for something greater to move through you.

You become more attuned to the subtle, sacred moments: the way light dances on leaves, the feeling in your body when a song moves you, the goosebumps when truth resonates. You feel more. You sense more. You become a living invitation to inspiration itself.

ree

The Muse archetype teaches you to co-create with life—to paint your mission with colour, to soften your edges with compassion, and to remind others of what’s possible when we lead with heart.

But with great beauty and inspiration comes great responsibility.

The Warrior Archetype

Once you've created something meaningful—whether it's art, a vision, a relationship, or a way of living—you will inevitably be called to protect it.

That’s when the Warrior awakens.

When you're in tune with your Divinity and seeing through Opulence Vision, you naturally begin to create from that sacred space. Your work, your creations, your self-expression—all become extensions of your love. And creations born from love are always conceived with the intention of good.

From this place, you begin to live with an attitude of gratitude—not just for the beauty of life, but for your role in protecting it and all other life. That gratitude awakens a deeper sense of responsibility… a knowing that what is born of love is also worth protecting.

As the Muse, you tap into the Flow State—full presence, where your only responsibility is to tend to what’s right in front of you. The Warrior archetype then gives you the courage to continue, even when the task is repetitive, daunting, dangerous, or deeply uncomfortable.

The Warrior connects with your spine, activates your fascia, and awakens your muscles. It trains the body, mind, and spirit to stay aware, awake, and ready for action—grounded yet primed.

ree

Warriors within Opulence Vision are never alone. They’ve forged meaningful connections that create a solid foundation of support. With that baseline of trust and belonging, they confidently step out into the world—not to fight, but to contribute. Their strength comes from love, not ego, and their mission is to protect and empower what matters most.

ree

These Warriors are the ones who get things done. They finish what they start, find the courage to speak up for others, and bring the energy needed to build, repair, and restore. They take time to strengthen their bodies and sharpen their senses—not for ego, but so they can better serve, protect, and uplift those around them. Their presence becomes a source of safety and comfort. Through this dedication, they evolve into something even greater: the Tribe Member—one who lives not just for self, but for the whole.

The Tribe Member Archetype

Sometimes, what gives you the courage to do what’s needed isn’t just your own will — it’s the remembrance of those who came before you.

ree

The ancestors who endured, who sacrificed, who kept the bloodline alive through immense struggle and love. Their legacies live on, not only through stories, but through your very DNA. Their strength, their wisdom, and their dreams for a better future are encoded in you — waiting to be honoured, activated, and passed on.

How do you move to awaken your ancestors?

Through dance, where your body becomes a drum and your spirit sings their songs. Through meditation, where you quiet the noise and listen to their whispers. Through martial arts, where discipline becomes devotion. Even through intimacy — where love becomes a sacred ritual of remembrance, and the merging of bodies becomes the continuation of life.

It is through movement that we awaken memory. In the way we dance, in our stillness, even in the way we make love — there may be ancient memories encoded deep within us, waiting to be remembered. These gestures and rhythms are not random; they carry the imprints of our lineage. When we move with presence, we activate the codes passed down through our ancestors — the stories, skills, and spirit they left behind in our bones, blood, and fascia.

When we move with intention, we reawaken what's already within us — the wisdom, instincts, and even rituals passed down through generations.

Acknowledge that you are the ancestor of the future. What are you doing right now to shape reality and the world to come? Every thought, every purchase, every movement, every decision—every input and output of your energy—is part of the creation process.

Are you unconsciously moving through life, obediently following the matrix? Or have you awakened to the Multiverse—the understanding that we are all deeply connected across time, space, and reality?

To me, the Multiverse is all the lives unfolding simultaneously—whether in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, or right here. Whether from the past, present or future. Every reality ripples into every other, weaving an intricate web of connection and consequence. What happens here affects the world, and what happens there reaches us in turn.

Before we set out to save the world, we must first take care of our home. Your purpose begins with caring for your most immediate home—but “home” has many layers.

ree

Your body is always your first and most intimate home. Beyond that is your tribe—the people you’re building life with. Then come your dwelling, your community, your country, and ultimately, the Earth itself.

Each layer requires attention and care, and together they form the foundation for your purpose in this world.

Here is a page from Creating Opulence that illustrates what I mean:

ree

I just noticed I accidentally typed “How can you help the planet” twice. I was going to fix it—but maybe it’s my subconscious reminding me: hurry up, strengthen yourself from the inside out so you can help the planet already.

I’ll be diving much deeper into these ideas in my book Creating Opulence and during the JEMMs, but for now, this post serves as an overview—a way to help organize the upcoming video where I’ll explain everything more fully.

At the heart of all these archetypes—Tribe Member, Superhero, Lover, Muse, and Warrior—is the call to live consciously and create with purpose. When you nurture yourself, honour your lineage, embody your gifts, and stand strong for what you love, you become a beacon of transformation—not just for yourself, but for the world around you.

So, take a moment today to ask yourself: How am I caring for my home—from my body to my community and beyond? How am I stepping into my unique role within this vast, interconnected web of life?

Remember, the journey toward Opulence Vision begins within. Strengthen yourself, awaken your purpose, and watch as your impact ripples out into the Multiverse.

Till next time, dear Hero, I wish you all the strength and courage to carry out your missions with grace and ease!

One Love Always!💞
