What Are Your Superpowers
Yesterday was Superhero Monday—my reminder to return to my purpose, my energy, and my unique gifts. I missed writing yesterday, but today I’m merging that intention with Tantra Tuesday, because true Tantra begins with knowing yourself. I did go back to do my JEMMs, because for whatever reason, I put them down for a while. A part of the reason why I'm writing these posts, in all honesty, is to help me remember and to help me refocus and stay on track. At night, when I'm able to have the time to meditate and move, everything clicks again, all the puzzle pieces start falling into place, and I immediately feel joyful, hopeful and inspired while all the stress and anxiety of the day dissipates.
Then EVERY night, I fall asleep, and enter these vivid, wild, often chaotic, life-like dreams - when I wake up, it takes a moment for me to remember this life, and it takes a longer moment for the vibrations created by my dreams to recallibrate into this life I'm living now. On top of that, I'm surrounded by those that reflect back an older version of myself, and that's the one I mold into as I navigate around them in order to make everyone feel comfortable. And as I mold into that version, that's who I become during the day. But at night, in my solace, I'm able to reconnect to the woman I awakened through movement, music, and energy. This space is where I remind myself of that.
This week, I was reminded of my superpowers: dancing to heal and energize, massaging to release and transmute energy, and writing to remember. These are more than skills—they are my medicine, my magic, my mission.
I know I've discussed my connection to dance in the past, and in truth, I've developed an obsession with free-movement and listening to my body, because that is where true body intelligence and intuition lies. And it just feels so good!! I have continued my own dance practice since 2011, and in doing so, when I'm in the flow state, I can literally see the energy being generated through my movements, and how it flows through the world. The best analogy I can use is from the Matrix, when Neo loses his eyesight, but is still able to see everything because he can see the light that everything is made of. When rewatching that movie, it's exactly how I feel when I'm dancing and I close my eyes - I can see the light of everything around me and inside of me. I share this power that I discovered, not to say I'm special, but because I honestly believe this is a power that EVERYONE has, but has not been given the time and space to develop, let alone been told that they have that power.

Not only do I see the the light generating through my movements, but I also know exactly what muscles are moving, and how the fascia and nervous system reacts with each movement. The more I dance with intention, the more I understand the mechanics of the body. When you let the music penetrate your body, it moves the cells in the same way sand reacts during cymatic experiments. This is why I believe some dancers tend to move in sacred geometrical patterns - music when channelled sincerely with love, becomes magic and our bodies reacting to that magic in its most authentic and purest form, becomes alchemy. You can see this very clearly at certain raves - you'll notice some dancers are so in tune with the music, they start to naturally engage in what is known as "tutting". I know I do this in my own way, and I know I even start naturally doing these types of movement patterns while being intimate with lovers (lol another topic for another time), but I have seen some amazingly good street dancers that have mastered tutting, and just move like magic.
Here is an example of tutting used in choreography, which showcases the geometrical patterns created through movement:
Here's another example of a solo female dancer:
Some people may look at these videos and think, "that's some really great choreography", whereas my weird-ass self watches these videos and thinks, "what kind of spells are these sorceresses casting onto the world?" From my own understanding and meditations, these movements are not random - they are creating sacred geometry, and as they make these moves, they change the frequency within themselves while sending physcial vibrations out in the world. It reminds me of Dr. Strange, when he makes movements with his hands and body, and those movements create the energy to make the magic he in conjuring.
In this clip, Peter Parker (Spiderman), is asking Dr. Strange to help him create a spell to have the world forget that he is both Peter Parker and Spiderman. As Dr. Strange starts creating the spell through his movements, Peter keeps asking him to change the spell to include more and more people. These requests interrupted Strange's natural, magical flow, leaving his spell unstable. This is just some food for thought for next time you are immersed in a dance, such as in an ecstatic dance session. I write this again, not because I feel like this is unique to me, but because this is what I believe is possible for all human beings. I have seen this in others as I watch them dance as well.

Another superpower I’ve discovered in my life came through my connection to dance. As I dove deeper into my own movement journey, I also began learning from friends who introduced me to the power of massage. What I found surprised me—massage was far more intuitive than I ever expected.
Just as I can see and feel energy flow while I dance, I started to sense energy stored in other people’s bodies. When I’m fully in tune, it’s as if I can feel exactly where energy is stuck. My body naturally responds, becoming magnetic—drawn to the points that need release. Sometimes, it’s with startling precision. And when that energy is released, it’s not lost—it’s transmuted, available again to be used for something more aligned, more vital, more alive.

Part of my dharma is to guide others in awakening the powers already within them—the power to move stuck energy, to reclaim their true essence, and to remember their connection to this living planet. When we begin to understand ourselves as energy beings, something shifts. We stop searching outside of ourselves for meaning or love, and instead begin to radiate in our truth—naturally drawing in the people, partners, and paths that are meant for us in this season of our lives.
My mission is to help people feel this again. To remember that we are meant to cast spells with our energy—not just to survive, but to co-create a more beautiful and harmonious world.
Lately, as I walk down the busy streets of the city, it’s becoming more and more like a scene from a dream—people lost in thought, disconnected from their bodies, moving through the day on autopilot. They’re being moved by the noise of this manufactured world rather than the rhythm of their soul. And I can’t help but think… what if we could all remember?

The last superpower I want to share is the ability to take my experiences and alchemize them into words.

When I give myself the time to move and meditate, the stagnant energy within my body begins to release—and what follows is often a stream of revelations and visions.
Unanswered questions suddenly receive answers. Solutions emerge. Epiphanies crystallize.
As Tesla once hinted, we are not just beings of flesh—we are receivers of energy. Each of us is a unique channel, broadcasting the reality of our lives through what we choose to express. And that expression—whether through movement, words, or touch—is our contribution to the overall energetic field we all share.
These three powers—dance, intuitive touch, and writing—are how I move energy through my body and into the world. They’re how I reconnect with my truth, remember who I am, and realign with my path. When I allow myself the space to listen inwardly, the noise of the world fades, and what’s left is clarity, guidance, and purpose.
And I truly believe we all have these powers within us—maybe not in the same form, but just as sacred. We are not here to be passive passengers in our lives. We are here to create, to transmit, to transform. Your body holds wisdom. Your energy holds truth. Your expression is medicine—for yourself, and for the world.
Before I soak in the sunshine of the day, I want to leave you with one last video. The first time I watched it, something clicked—deeply. I saw the undeniable connection between our natural human movements and the way those movements cast spells, subtly shaping our future with every gesture, intention, and breath.
It’s a concept I’m excited to explore further, but for now… I invite you to simply watch, feel, and see what stirs within you.
🔮 What are the superpowers that live within you?
Think back to moments when you’ve felt most alive, most connected, most in flow. What were you doing? What felt effortless, magnetic, or healing?
Take a moment today to reconnect with one of those gifts—whether through movement, creativity, quiet reflection, or connection with another soul. The more we embody our own light, the more we inspire others to do the same.
Okay fellow Lovers, know that the immense love that you have within you is the medicine this world is desperately needing, and I honour you for that! Enjoy the day, and soak in that Sun. That's my plan!
One Love 💞
