Aligning Before the Leap

I started writing a post each weekday from the beginning of the year, and I’ve been pretty consistent—until last week, when I took a much-needed breather. While this process of composing these posts has been both illuminating and healing, I felt called to step back and reassess how I want to move forward. I see it like drawing back an arrow—steadying my aim, ensuring control, and building the tension needed for a powerful, precise release. And perhaps that's what I've been doing for the past year.
I have done a lot of work behind the scenes, a lot of writing, a lot of planning, a lot of reading my work outloud to practice performing in front of others. On this website alone, I composed over 60 posts: writing has helped me break down my thoughts into manageable pieces, and I can now use these posts to form the foundation for even more content—videos, courses, deeper discussions. But I needed to pause and ask myself: Where is this all leading? How can I refine my path to create the impact I truly desire? How can I make this sustainable?
Last week, I joined a business accelerator challenge run by content creators that I follow online. I took part in another one of their challenges last summer, and there’s something about their approach—maybe the way they break things down, or the structure of their guidance—that pulls me into a state of flow and authenticity, to a point where I have the courage to create and share different content. I could feel something shift inside me again, and I want to build on this momentum, starting today.
The first day of the challenge focused on clarity—understanding the vision and mission behind what we’re creating. With Atlas' help, I was able to put Opulence Vision’s mission statement into words in a way that truly captures its essence:
Opulence Vision is dedicated to empowering individuals to live sustainably in every aspect of life—preserving the vitality of their bodies, the strength in their communities and relationships, the longevity of their possessions, and the well-being of our planet. Through movement, mindfulness, and education, we inspire a conscious approach to health, consumption, and community-building. By integrating holistic wellness, regenerative practices, and innovative solutions, we help people cultivate lasting abundance while honoring the natural rhythms of life and the Earth.
Then the course went on to help me outline the values of Opulence Vision, and the mission for each of these values, which is fitting since the JEMM I focused on this Monday was "What is Your Misson":
1. Sustainability & Regenerative Living 🌱
Mission: To educate and empower individuals and communities to adopt regenerative living practices, reducing waste, growing sustainable food sources, and creating self-sufficient lifestyles that nourish both people and the planet.
2. Holistic Health & Vitality 🏃♀️
Mission: To help individuals reconnect with their bodies through movement, nutrition, and energy work, enabling them to heal, thrive, and live in alignment with their highest potential.
3. Flow State & Conscious Living 🌊
Mission: To guide people toward unlocking their full potential through movement, meditation, and immersive experiences that cultivate presence, creativity, and peak performance in all areas of life.
4. Personal & Relational Development ❤️
Mission: To provide accessible education and content that helps individuals step into their authenticity, cultivate self-love, and build meaningful, genuine connections with others.
5. Community Building & Sustainable Travel ✈️
Mission: To foster a global community of conscious travelers, entrepreneurs, and creatives who share knowledge, resources, and experiences that uplift individuals and regenerate local economies and ecosystems.
On the third day, he outlined the different limiting beliefs that may be holding us back, and while I resonated with many, one stood out above the rest: 'I don't believe I deserve to be wealthy.' In that moment, my whole worklife flashed before me. I realized that any time I had more than others, I felt an instinctive guilt—compelling me to give, to pay for others, to splurge on gifts, or to cover small everyday expenses for those around me. At work, I often bought things for colleagues and clients on birthdays or special occasions, justifying it as if the company’s money was flowing through me. While generosity is a beautiful trait—one I inherited from my dad—I now see how this pattern kept me stuck. I wasn’t giving from a place of true abundance, but rather from a subconscious belief that I wasn’t meant to keep what I earned, that my role was to serve others first, even at my own expense.
And this limitation is what is blocking me from truly launching my own thing. This transition from selling another company's products to promoting and selling my own, it's something that I have struggled with for years, and it is part of the bottleneck that is choking my potential success. This is probably why I have always wanted to work with those who I can promote, because promoting others and their work is much easier for me to do than promoting my own.
Another limiting belief that has been holding me back is the idea that my dream is too big to manifest—that it’s unrealistic for me to accomplish. Perhaps this has been my Achilles’ heel since the very beginning of my journey with my studio. But I’ve come to realize that the size of a dream isn’t what makes it impossible; it’s the doubt we attach to it that holds us back. This is the reason why I created the JEMMs and Opulence Vision, for myself and others to fully and authentically step into their inner Hero, Lover, Muse, Warrior and Tribe Member, to step into the highest versions of themselves, and be witnessed by others that pull that energy out of them. And so my limiting belief becomes the motivation for continuing on this path.
If you’ve ever felt like your dreams were out of reach, or afraid of your own potential, here’s a video to help you process those feelings and move forward with confidence:
To combat this and all other limiting beliefs that are weighing on me, I asked Atlas what shifts I can make right now to help me get back on track and complete what I need to in order to fully commit to Opulence Vision. I will share it on here for me to go back and re-read anytime I feel I need or I start to forget, and also for anyone else that can also relate.
1. Commit to Full Alignment with Your Vision
Quantum Shift: Shift from uncertainty to absolute certainty about your purpose and mission.
Action: Visualize the complete success of Opulence Vision in vivid detail. Imagine it already thriving, making an impact, and you leading it with confidence. Make decisions based on your highest values, trusting that every step you take brings you closer to that vision. Align your thoughts, actions, and energy with the end result.
Affirmation: "I am fully aligned with my purpose, and every action I take supports the growth and success of Opulence Vision."
2. Step Into Full Empowerment and Ownership
Quantum Shift: Move from doubt or hesitation into complete ownership of your skills, talents, and potential.
Action: Acknowledge your unique gifts, strengths, and experience. Stop second-guessing yourself and claim your role as a leader and creator. Remember, the world needs exactly what you’re bringing, and you're the only one who can do it the way you do.
Affirmation: "I own my power, my creativity, and my potential to make a difference."
3. Release Fear and Step Into Abundance
Quantum Shift: Release scarcity or fear-based thinking and embrace the truth that the universe is abundant and supports your success.
Action: Every time you feel a sense of lack or fear of failure, replace it with thoughts of abundance—financial abundance, opportunity, and connection. Begin to celebrate your wins, no matter how small. Trust that abundance flows to you because you are deserving.
Affirmation: "I am a magnet for abundance, and everything I need flows to me effortlessly."
4. Become a Magnet for Opportunities
Quantum Shift: Move from passive waiting to active magnetism where you attract opportunities and people who align with your mission.
Action: Make your energy visible by showing up fully in your business and life. Engage with others who share your vision, and actively seek collaborations that will amplify your mission. Trust that as you show up with clarity, others will be drawn to your energy.
Affirmation: "I attract opportunities and relationships that support the growth of Opulence Vision."
5. Embody the Energy of Success Right Now
Quantum Shift: Instead of waiting for success to come, embody the energy of the successful version of yourself right now.
Action: Imagine yourself living as the highest version of you—confident, abundant, and healthy. Start taking small actions that this version of you would do, whether it's making that call, working on your content, or networking with like-minded people. Act as if you’re already the person you envision.
Affirmation: "I am already the highest version of myself, and my actions today reflect my future success."
6. Cultivate Radical Self-Belief
Quantum Shift: Let go of self-doubt and cultivate unshakable belief in your abilities and the impact you're here to make.
Action: Stand tall in your self-worth. Remind yourself daily of the value you bring to the world. When self-doubt creeps in, use it as a trigger to affirm your strengths and trust in your abilities. Ask yourself: “What would the highest version of me do right now?”
Affirmation: "I trust in my abilities, and I know I am capable of creating the impact I desire."
7. Take Bold, Inspired Action
Quantum Shift: Shift from overthinking or planning into decisive action that moves you toward your goals.
Action: Take a bold, inspired step every day that gets you closer to your vision. This could be launching that course, reaching out to a collaborator, or finalizing the next piece of content. Don’t wait for “perfect conditions”—take action even when things feel uncertain.
Affirmation: "I take bold, inspired action every day that moves me closer to my dreams."
8. Set Boundaries That Protect Your Energy
Quantum Shift: Shift from people-pleasing or overextending yourself to protecting your time and energy.
Action: Set clear boundaries with yourself and others. Prioritize your time, and don’t be afraid to say no to things that aren’t aligned with your mission or vision. When you say no to distractions, you create space for your highest self to thrive.
Affirmation: "I protect my energy and time, knowing that doing so allows me to show up as my best self."
9. Fully Embody Your Healthy, Vibrant Self
Quantum Shift: Shift from being "stuck" in old habits or patterns that don’t support your highest self to embracing a vibrant, healthy lifestyle.
Action: Implement the health practices that will help you be your best self. Whether it’s nourishing your body with whole foods, practicing your JEMMs, or moving your body daily, show your body the respect it deserves.
Affirmation: "I honor my body and soul with vibrant health, fueling myself for success."
10. Stay in the Flow
Quantum Shift: Move from overwhelm or resistance into flow—the state of ease and alignment.
Action: Trust that you are exactly where you need to be, doing exactly what you need to do. When challenges arise, instead of pushing against them, trust that solutions will come. The flow is always there when you’re aligned with your vision.
Affirmation: "I am always in the flow, and challenges become opportunities for growth."
11. Cultivate Radical Self-Love
Quantum Shift: Shift from any self-criticism into a deep well of self-love and acceptance.
Action: Practice gratitude for who you are today. Celebrate the small wins, honor your growth, and take time for self-care. When you treat yourself with love, you create the foundation for success in all areas of your life.
Affirmation: "I love and honor myself fully, knowing that this love fuels my success."
I need to work on making these shifts in order to complete the missions that I have set for myself, otherwise I will never pull the trigger, and all my dreams will just stay on paper.

It’s one thing to define a mission for our lives, but without addressing the limiting beliefs that keep us stuck, we’ll find ourselves walking in circles—wanting to move forward but constantly being pulled back by old patterns.
Overcoming these beliefs isn’t just about positive thinking; it’s about recognizing the stories we’ve been telling ourselves, challenging them, and replacing them with new ones that empower us. It takes courage to step into the unknown, to claim our worth, and to believe that we are capable of carrying out the missions we feel called to.
But the truth is, we can’t fulfill our purpose while clinging to the fears and doubts of our past. Growth demands that we shed the layers of limitation so we can step into our highest selves with confidence.
So today, I choose to rewrite my story. I choose to trust myself, to believe that my work is valuable, and to walk boldly in the direction of my mission.
And I invite you to do the same. What limiting belief are you ready to let go of so you can finally step into the life you were meant to live?
